JOB PURPOSE· Provide administration to the RMA process & related functions.

Operations Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES
Timely management of RMA requests and all related queries from the retailers in the Spanish speaking markets via phone, fax and email.
· Ensure adherence by the different retailers to the various returns processes and effectively communicate the different returns policies and requirements to the different retailers.
· Process and monitor Spanish retailer logistic activity, co-coordinating both inbound and outbound shipments with the respective carrier.
· Liaise with other departments in relation to any queries arising from retailers regarding returns.
· Process claims for lost product through shipping department.
· Manage POD (proof of delivery) requests
· Assist RMA in identifying unidentifiable (unsolicited) returns

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE
· Excellent PC skills to include the practical use of Lotus Notes databases, spreadsheets, web-sites and the Internet
· Spanish language fluency is essential with French.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
· Effective time management skills with an ability to work on own initiative
· Excellent attention to detail
· Good team player
· Excellent organizational skills and proven ability to handle multiple tasks/priorities

EDUCATION

· Leaving Certificate or equivalent
· Relevant third level qualification i.e. Commercial / Secretarial course (desirable)
· Excellent telephone and customer orientated manner
· Excellent PC typing skills and knowledge of email applications ( e.g. Lotus Notes).
· Knowledge MS Word and Excel essential.
